Our Azumino Ariake Plant is situated in Azumino, surrounded by the majestic Northern Alps towering at 3,000 meters. The snowmelt from the Northern Alps, continuously flowing at 13°C throughout the year, has been selected by the Ministry of the Environment as one of Japan's top 100 remarkable waters. With an abundant flow of approximately 700,000 tons per day, this water is also ideal for wasabi cultivation, making the region the top producer in Japan.

The groundwater, filtered through multiple geological layers, is soft water with a hardness of 25 degrees, known for its mild and refreshing taste.
